Mr•s. Scalze intr•oduced the following r•esolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 88-4-151 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE APP.IL 13, 1988 CITY COUNCIL PIEETING AS CORRECTED Petersen CUP For Accessor•y Duilding Nays (01. Resolution declar•ed adopted. This r•esolution appear~s in Resolution Book No. 19, Pages 155 and 156. The for~egoing r•esolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener•. Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener~, Fahey, Collova, LaValle. Mr. Collova indicated that on page 4, fir•st par•agr•aph of the Apr•il 13th Council wor~kshop meeting, r•efer•ence to "multiples" should be changed to "multiple apar•tments". Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 88-4-152 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE APRIL 13, 1988 WORKSHOP MEETING AS CORRECTED The for~egoing r~esolution was duly seconded by Mr•. Fahey. Ayes (5) Fahey, Blesener, Scalze, Collova, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declar•ed adopted. This r~esolution appear~s in Resolution Qook No. 19, Page 156. Fahey opened the publ i c hear~i ng on the Ver•non Peter•sen r~equest for~ conditional use per•mit so that he can constr•uct an accessory building on his pr~oper~ty at 2857 Vander•bie Road. Fahey r•epor•ted that the Ci ty P1 anner• has submi tted a r~eport Agenda recommending appr~oval of the r•equest dated Apr~il 27, 1988 subject Item No. 5 to the r~ecommendations as outlined in that r•epor~t. The Planning Commission has r~ecommended approval subject to compliance with the r•ecommendations of the City Planner. Page -2-
