Scalze felt that the Senior Citizen Coordinator should review and <br />comment on the expansion plan. <br />City Scalze r•epor~ted on str•ategic planninq that is done by other cities <br />Planning and suggested the need for• Little Canada to conduct a str•ategic <br />Session planning session. Scalze r•eported that the sessions ar•e conducted <br />by an outside facilitator~ and estimated the cost of such a session <br />Agenda at between $400 and $800. Such planning sessions are usually held <br />Addition away fr~om city offices, in hotel meeting r•ooms, for• example. <br />Blesener• agr•eed with the need for~ such a session that would be conducted <br />by a facilitator~ and suggested that City department heads should be <br />involved. <br />It was suggested that Mr. LaValle, as Administr~ative Liaison, obtain <br />infor•mation on such sessions to present to the Council within the next <br />few months for consider•ation. Council felt that ear~ly Fall would be <br />a good time to conduct such a session. <br />Scalze felt the session should be held while the r~esults of the City's <br />r•esidential sur~vey ar•e still fr•esh in ever~yone's mind. <br />Adjour~n f1r•.
