r~r~iurEs City Council May 25, 1988 The for•egoing r•esolution was duly seconded by Mr~. Collova. Ayes (51 Fahey, Collova, Scalze, Blesener, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declar•ed adopted. This r•esolution appear•s in Resolution Book No. 19, Page 229. Scalze asked if these licenses wer•e r•enewed on a year~ly basis, and felt that these licenses should be r~enewed yearly to tr~y to keep pr~oper•ties in confor•mance with City Codes. Council agr~eed. Scalze thought the Building Inspector~ was doing a good job of getting sites ar•ound the City cleaned up. Sofie/ The City Clerk r•eviewed the City Engineer~'s letter• dated Apr~il 26, 1988 Peter~son to the developer of the Sofie/Peter•son Addition outlining items that Addition needed to be completed within the plat. Ther•e has been no progr•ess on getting these items completed. Agenda Addition Council discussed the matter and felt that the developer• should be given a timefr•ame to wor~k within. After~ that, ther•e would be no building per•mits issued within the plat until the matter• is r•esolved. Mr•. Fahey intr•oduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 88-5-227 - AUTHORIZING THE BUILDING INSPECTOR TO INSTRUCT MARCEL EIBENSTEINER BY CERTIFIED LETTER THAT BEGINNING JULY 1, 1988 NO FURTHER BUILDING PERMITS WILL [3E ISSUED IN THE SOFIE/PETERSON ADDITION UNTIL SUCN TIME AS THERE IS COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY ENGINEER AS CONTAINED IN NIS LETTER DATED APRIL 26, 1988 The for•egoing r•esolution was duly seconded by Mr~.
