Blesener• intr•oduced the following r~esolution and moved its adoption: <br />CUP (Cont.) <br />RESOLUTION N0. 88-5-204 - SCHEDULING A WORKSHOP <br />MEETING FOR WEDNESDAY, JUNE 1, 1988 AT 8 P.M. <br />TO ADDRESS THE BOOSALIS CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />REQUEST <br />The for•egoing r•esolution was duly seconded by Mr•s. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Fahey, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declar•ed adopted. <br />This r~esolution appear•s in Resolution Book No. 19, Page 206. <br />Nadeau/ Fahey r~eviewed the r•ecommendations of the City Planner~ as well as the <br />Rossez Planning Commission with r•egar~d to the Nadeau/Rossez proper~ty division. <br />Property <br />Division Tom Har•tigan, attor•ney r•epr•esenting the Nadeau's and Rossez's, appear•ed <br />befor~e the Council and r~epor•ted that the proper•ty division is being <br />Agenda sought in or•der to r~esolve an encroachment issue. The two par•ties ar•e <br />Item No. 7 tr~ading 50 foot par•cels of land. <br />Bl esener• asked i f a need for• a var•i ance was bei ng cr~eated by thi s <br />property division. <br />The Planner~ r•epor•ted that the pr•oper~ty division would eliminate the <br />need for~ a Conditional Use Per•mit some time in the futur•e. <br />Mr•s. Scalze intr•oduced the following r•esolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 88-5-205 - APPROVING TNE NADEAU/ <br />ROSSEZ PROPERTY DIVISION AS PRESENTED BASED ON <br />TNE ENCROACHMENT ISSUE AND THE RECOMMENDATION OF <br />THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND SUBJECT TO THE <br />RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER AS CONTAINED <br />IN HIS REPORT OF MAY 9, 1988 <br />The for~egoing r•esolution was duly seconded by Mr~. The Planner• has submitted <br />Pr~oper•ty a r~epor•t dated May 5, 1988 r~ecommending appr~oval contingent upon <br />Division compliance with the r~ecommendations as contained in that r•epor•t. The <br />Planning Commission has also r•ecommended appr•oval pr•ovided that a 20 <br />foot r~oad easement is dedicated fr~om 2995 Vander•bie. <br />Page -8- <br />
