Blesener• intr•oduced the following r•esolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 8£3-6-230 - APPROVING THE <br />MINUTES OF THE MAY 25, 1988 REGULAR <br />COUNCIL MEFTING AS SUBMITTED <br />The for~egoing r•esolution was duly seconded by Mr•. LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Dlesener~, LaValle, Scalze, Collova, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declar~ed adopted. <br />This r•esolution appear•s in Resolution Book No. 19, Page 233. <br />Boosalis Fahey r•epor•ted that the Council r•ecently held a wor~i<shop meeting on the <br />CUP Boosalis conditional use per~mit r•equest for~ development of his pr•oper~ty <br />in the ar~ea of Rice Str~eet and County Road C. <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 5 Mr•. Ni ck Boosal i s appear•ed befor•e the Counci 1 ancl submi tted a r~evi sed <br />site plan for~ the commercial development proposed on Rice Street incor~porating <br />suggestions that wer~e r•aised at the recent wor•kshop meeting. Boosalis <br />r•eviewed the plan with the Council pointing out that a 50 foot setback <br />on the nor~th to the Tim Townsley pr•oper•ty has been pr~ovided. Ther•e is <br />also a fence pr•oposed at the 25 foot point of the setback and Boosalis <br />is pr•oposing that pine tr•ees be planted on the souther•n side of the <br />fence. <br />Boosalis submitted pictur•es taken on Apr•il 18, 1988 showing the existing <br />vegetation that would be on the nor~th side of the pr~oposed fence and <br />felt that planting of pine tr•ees within this ar•ea could destr•oy this <br />Page -1- <br />
