Schr~ier• has indicated a willingness to corr~ect <br />the pr•oblems. <br />Newspaper• The City Planner~ r~epor~ted that the City has r•eceived a r•equest for• the <br />Racks placing of newspaper• r•acks for• distr•ibution of a fr•ee newspaper within <br />publ i c r~i ght-of-way. The Pl anner~ r•epor•ted that ther•e ar~e a coupl e of <br />Agenda such racks located in the City now for• distr•ibution of the St. Paul <br />Addition newspaper•.
