MINUTES <br />City Council <br />October 12, 1988 <br />No Parking Scalze suggested that now that the Little Canada Road br~idge project is <br />On Little nearly completed, that the County be requested to post Little Canada Road <br />Canada Road from the freeway to the St. John's Chur•ch property as no parking. Scalze <br />suggested that this be done now before habits are formed by residents <br />Agenda along Little Canada Road. <br />Addition <br />3176 Spruce <br />Street <br />Agenda The City Clerk informed the Council that the Building Inspector• has warned <br />Addition the business owner once about car painting at 3176 Spruce Street. <br />Council discussed whether the business license should be revoked or <br />whether a tag should be issued by the Sheriff's Department, and it was <br />the concensus of the Council that a tag should be issued. Blesener <br />suggested that the Sher~ff's Depar~tment notify the City when that tag <br />is issued. <br />No Par•king Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />On Little <br />Canada Road RESOLUTION N0. 88-10-441 - REQUESTING THE <br />(Cont.) COUNTY TO POST NO PARKING ON BOTN SIDES <br />OF LITTLE CANADA ROAD FROM 35E TO THE ST. <br />JOHN'S CHURCH PROPERTY <br />The foregoing r~esolution was duly seconded by Mr•. Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Fahey, LaValle, Collova, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declar~ed adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 20, Page 456. <br />Planning Mr. Collova suggested that the City advertise the two vacancies on the <br />Commission Planning Commission caused by the resignation of Jon Pope and Tom <br />Vacancies Perlinger. <br />Agenda Mr. Collova introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Addition <br />RESOLUTION N0. 88-10-442 - AUTHORiZING THE <br />CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE THE TWO VACANCIES ON <br />THE PLANNING COMMISSION CAUSED BY THE <br />RESIGNATION OF JON POPE AND TOM PERLINGER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr~.
