MINUTES City Counci1 October 12, 1988 Planning Mr. Collova introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Commission (Cont.) RESOLUTION N0. 88-10-448 - INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO SEND LETTERS OF APPRECIATION TO JO~J POPE AND TOM PERLINGER FOR THEIR SERVICE TO THE CITY AS PLA~IMING COMMISSION MEMBERS The foregoing r•esolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. Ayes (5) Collova, Scalze, Fahey, LaValle, Collova. Nays (O1. Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 20, Page 463. Facilitation Blesener• reported that he has had questions r•egarding the status of the Session City Center addition. Blasener felt that this was only one of the ar~eas that needed to be discussed in a facilitation session and suggested that Agenda the Council schedule such a meeting. Addition Fahey was unsur~e whether• such a session was necessary, and suggested that the issue of the City Center~ expansion be discussed at a wor•kshop meeting. The Council discussed the need for a goals and objectives session and it was the concensus of the Council that one was needed. The City Clerk was instr•ucted to get some additional infor•mation on such sessions along with cost estimates for pr•esentation to the Council at its next meeting.
