MINUTES City Council November• 9, 1988 St. John's Mr•. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Easement (Cont.) RESOLUTION N0. 88-11-491 - AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE GRANT OF PERMANENT EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH ST. JOHN'S CHURCH AS SUBMITTED BY THE CITY ATTORNEY AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ISSUE A CHECK TO ST. JOHN'S IN PAYMENT OF THAT EASEMENT AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY ATTORNEY The for•egoing r•esolution was duly seconded by Mr. LaValle. Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Collova, Fahey, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. This r•esolution appears in Resolution Book No. 20, Page 507. Election The City Clerk recommended that the City Council cer•tify the election Results results for the City of Little Canada. Agenda Mr•s. Scalze introduced the following r•esolution and moved its adoption: Addition RESOLUTION N0. 88-11-492 - DECLARING TERMS OF OFFICE FOR THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA AS FOLLOWS: MAYOR - MICHAEL I. FAHEY - 2-YEAR TERM COUNCIL - WILLIAM BLESENER - 4-YEAR TERM COUNCIL - RICHARD COLLOVA - 4-YEAR TERM The for•egoing r~esolution was duly seconded by Mr•. LaValle. Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Collova, 6lesener, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declar•ed adopted. This r•esolution appears in Resolution Book No. 20, Page 508. Planning The City Clerk repor~ted that in resoonse to the City's advertisement of Commission Planning Commission vacancies, the City has received two applications. Appointments Those being fr•om David Bendel and Robert C. Peder~sen. There are two vacancies on the Commission. Agenda Item No. 13a Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 88-11-493 - APPOIPlTIPJG DAVID BENDEL AND ROBERT C. PEDERSEN TO THE PLA~INING COMMISSION TO FILL THE REMAINDER OF THE TERMS OF TOM PERLINGER AND JON POPE, WHO HAVE RESIGNED FROM TNE COMMISSION Page -6-
