RESOLUTI0~1 ~10. 8~-11-490 - ACCEPTING THE CITY <br />ENGIPlFER S FEASIQILITY REPORT FOR THE RYAN <br />DRIVE IP'IPROVEMENT AS SUBMITTED WITH THE COU~ICIL'S <br />POSITION ON POSSIBLE ASSESSP1ENT FOR TNE IMPROVEMENT <br />TO INCLUDE THE PROPERTIES ADJACE~IT TO RYAN DRIVE <br />BETWEEN SPRUCE STREET AND COUNTRY DRIVE <br />The foregoing resoliation was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Fahey, Scalze, Collova, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This r•esolution appears in Resolution Book No. 20, Page 506. <br />Eng The City Engineer• repor•ted that he has discussed the Eng drainage pr•oblem <br />Dr•ainage with the County who has inquired as to when the City will be installing <br />Pr~oblem storm sewer along County Road B-2. The City Engineer pointed out that there <br /> is no place along the str~eet to install storm sewer. The Engineer• r~eported <br />Agenda that he has discussed some alternatives for~ corr~ecting the Eng dr•ainage <br />Addition problem with the Count.y. <br /> Scalze asked if the Engineer had discussed the three culverts in the area <br /> which ar~e directing water• towar~ds the Eng pr~oper•ty, and if these culverts <br /> can be r•elocated. <br /> The Engineer replied that the County is considering the installation of <br /> some curbing on County Road B-2 to keep run-off from the street from flowing <br /> onto the Eng pr•oper•ty. liowever, this will not get the house out of the <br /> flood plain. <br /> Scalze suggested that the three pipes could be moved further east. <br /> The Engineer r•epor~ted that he is currently taking some levels of the lake <br /> and believed the lake to be lower than in r•ecent year•s. The Fngineer <br /> stated that h? will r•epor•t further on this matter in the future. <br />Palmen The Mayor r•epor•ted that he has r~eceived an anonymous letter~ of complaint <br />Property with regar•d to the stor~age of excavation and trucking equipment on the <br />Complaint Palmen property at 401 East Viking Drive. The Ma,yor suggested that Mr. <br />Collova discuss this complaint with the Building Inspector~ who should <br />Agenda look at the property to determine if the City's Codes are being violated <br />Addition and if further action is r•equired. <br />Imp. No. The City Attorney submitted to the Council for approval a permanent <br />86-0. easement agr•eement for• Imp. No. 86-4 with St. John's Church.
