PAUL WATER DEPARTMENT <br />AS SUBMITTED A~ID AUTHORIZING THE D9AYOR AND CITY CLERK <br />TO SIGN THE CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY WITH THE <br />CONTRACT TO THEN BE FORIdARDED TO THE ST. PAUL I~ATER <br />BOARD FOR THEIR APPR011AL <br />The for•egoing r•esolution was duly seconded by P9r.
