The City Attor•ney <br />ne <br />Cit <br /> g <br />y <br />also recommended that the City try to obtain its rebate in cash. <br />Fahey agr•eed. <br />Blesener repor•ted that appr~oval of the contr•act will allow the City to <br />adjust its 1989 water rates downward, which will be passed on to the <br />Cit,y's water customer•s in their• billings for the first quar•ter of 1989. <br />Mr. Blesener intr•oduced. the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 88-12-534 - APPROVING THE <br />CONTRACT WITH THE ST. PAUL WATER DEPARTMENT <br />AS SUBMITTED A~ID AUTHORIZING THE D9AYOR AND CITY CLERK <br />TO SIGN THE CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY WITH THE <br />CONTRACT TO THEN BE FORIdARDED TO THE ST. PAUL I~ATER <br />BOARD FOR THEIR APPR011AL <br />The for•egoing r•esolution was duly seconded by P9r. Collova. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, Collova, Fahey, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declar•ed adopted. <br />This r~esolution appears in Resolution Book No. 20, Page 572. <br />Agency The City Clerk recommended approval of the Agency Agr•eement appointing <br />Agr~eement First Trust National Association as Bond Registr•ar• for the Taxable <br />Bond Gener•al Obligation TIF Bonds of 1988. <br />Payments <br />Agenda page -12- <br />Item No. 17a <br />
