MIPIUTES City Council Dec. 14, 1988 County The City Engineer• r•eplied that the City could assess its share of the Road S improvement. (Cont.) Fahey felt that the cost should be assessed accord.ing to the City's 80/20 policy. The City Engineer• felt that the impr•ovement will clean up a bad intersection. P~r. St. John's The City Attorney r~eported that as part of the St. John's assessment Church appeal settlement, St. John's Church has paid. their assessment for l~ssessment oroject 86-n and the City has agr•eed to waive the inter~est on the assessment.
