MINUTES City Council Jan. 11, 1989 Acting Mr•. LaValle introduced the following r•esolution and moved its adoption: Mayor' RESOLUTION N0. 89-1-6 - APPOIPITING BEVERLY Agenda SCALZE AS ACTING MAYOR FOR THE CITY OF Item No. 7.6 LITTLE CANADA FOR THE YEAR 1989 The for•egoing r•esolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener•. Ayes (5) LaValle, alesener, Collova; Scalze, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declar~ed adopted. This r•esolution appear•s in Resolution Book No. 21, Page 6. Council Mayor Fahey made the following Council liaison assignments for 1989: Liaison Assignments Public Safety - Fahey Economic Development - Fahey Agenda Par•ks R Recreation - Scalze Item No. 7.7 Building & Zoning - Collova Utilities - Blesener Administr•ation - LaValle. Ramsey The 1938 delegate and alternate delegates to the Ramsey County League County indicated that they would serve in the same capacity dur•ing 1989. League P4r~. Fahey intr~oduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Agenda RESOLUTION N0. 89-1-7 - APPOINTING JOSEPH Item I~lo. 7.8 CNLEBECK AS THE CITY S DELFGATE TO THE RAMSEY COUNTY LEAGUE AND APPOINTING BEVERLY SCALZE AND BILL BLESENER AS ALTERNATE DELEGATES The for~egoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. LaValle. Ayes (5) Fahey, LaValle, Scalze, Collova, Blesener•. Nays (0). Resolution declar~ed adopted. This r•esolution appears in Resolution Book No. 21, Page 7, Cable TV Blesener• indicated that he was willing to serve as the City's delecate Commission to the Cable TV Commission for 1989, but requested that an alterna.te be appointed as well.
