Those plans are to pr~ovide <br />either on-site or• off-site emergency shelter~s. If the City deter~mines <br />that off-site shelters which have been designated are inadequate, then <br />the City can requir•e on-site shelters. <br />off-site emer•gency shelter•s to be inadequate due to the distance needed <br />to be traveled for access to the sites as well as inadequate par•king at <br />one of the sites. The Committee also reviewed the plan for• the Ter•race <br />Heights Mobilehome Cour•t, which has designated Capital View as an energency <br />shelter•, although an updated agreement needs to be obtained for• Capital <br />View by the park. <br />Fahey r~eported that the City's Emergency Services Committee has r•eviewed <br />the emergency services plan for ~lorth Star Trailer Park which was submitted <br />on December 1, 1988.
