MINUTES City Council Jan. 25, 1989 P.ezoning the City Planner• and. Mr. Fr•attalone work out the size I-P lot that Fr•attalone would be increased from what Mr. Frattalone has proposed, but not Pr~oper•ty pr•ohibit the future splitting of the remainder of Frattalone's (Cont.) proper~ty. Fahey agr•eed with Blesener's position. The Council felt the matter~ should be tabled so that the various details can be worked out and brought back to the Council for consideration. Mr•. Blesener~ introduced the following r•esolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 89-1-34 - TABLING ACTION ON THE ZONING REQUEST OF FRANK FRATTALONE UNTIL THE APRIL 26, 1989 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING PENDING FURTHER INFORMATION FROM THE CITY PLANPIER The for•egoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. Ayes (5) Blesener, Fahey, Collova, LaValle, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. This r•esolution appears in Resolution Book No. 21, Page 36. Section 6 Fahey pointed out that the Plannina Commission tabled action on the PUD rezoning of the Section 6 proper~ty to PUD pending fur•ther• information fr~om the City Planner. Agenda Item No. 10 Mr. Collova introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 89-1-35 - CONTINUING TNE UBLIC EAR NG ON TNE REMAINDER OF THE SECTION 6 PUD REZOR1IfJG PROPOSAL UNTIL TNE COUNCIL RECEIVES A REPORT FROM THE CITY PLANNER AND A RECOMMENDATION FROM THE PLANNING COMMISSION The foregoing resolution was d.uly seconded by Mr•. Fahey. Ayes (5) Collova, Fahe,y, Scalze, Blesener, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. This r•esolution appears in Resolution Book No. 21, Page 37.
