MINUTES <br />City Council <br />February 8, 1989 <br />Attorney said that the land is apparently owned by Collova. <br />He said that the piece of property to the south belongs to <br />the city, and that there is no record of title to easement. <br />It appears that without the easement, Collova has to go <br />through City property to get to his property. <br />Discussion was had amongst the Council regarding the Cart <br />Path. <br />Blesener mentioned problems with drainage and Metro Sewer. <br />Mayor Fahey said that Patrick Collova should look into this <br />and discuss it with the Council. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO, 89-2-58 - DENYING THE <br />LANDFILL PERMIT BASED ON THE ATTORNEY THAT <br />THERE IS NO ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 21, Page 60. <br />Addition to Carley informed the Council about a letter from the County, <br />the Agenda which denied the Bike Path. He also said that there is a <br />meeting scheduled for February 15, 1989, which he will <br />attend. <br />Mr. Blesener brought up Payne Avenue and Ryan Drive. <br />Attorney Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />Agenda RESOLUTION NO. 89-2-59 - APPROVING THE <br />Item No. 7 MAYOR AND THE CLERK TO SIGN THE EASEMENTS <br />ON TAE AUSTRALIAN DRAINAGE. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. <br />Ayes (5), Nays (0), <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 21, Page Gl. <br />Page13 <br />
