Fahey read a letter f-rom th~ A4N Depar~ment of Natural <br /> Resources regarding the Eng matter, The letter stated that <br /> the City's Engineer should look into Eng's complaint and <br /> possibly apply for a flood damage reduction grant, <br /> b7r. I3lesener inclicatecl 'that the City has applied for the <br /> grant, but ~•ras turned do~~m, <br /> NIr, Carley stated that there is nothing the City can do <br /> about the Enc~'s elevation. iflr.
