Pahey suggested that <br /> P~ir. Carley meet o~Ath Barr Engineering to start working on <br /> ihe drainage matter, <br />F,ecreational C7r. Sweeney presentecl the new ordinance ~o the Council <br />Fires regarding recreational fires. According to the ordinance, <br /> tkae fire cannot be closer than 35 Leet to the bui7.ding, must <br />1~genda be kept in a fire pit, must not be larger than 3' x 3', <br />Item DIO. 11 must be ;cept away from any grass, and the Sheriff's <br /> dispatcher must be notiLied of the fire akaead of time. <br />B1r, Blesener felt that the issue should be tabled so the <br />Council could discuss the matter with tkie F'ire Chief. <br />i9r. LaValle felt that the proposed orainance was too <br />restrictive, <br />ri7r. Pahey felt that permits sklould be eliminated. P=lr. <br />indica~ed that it would be suEficient enough for the <br />Sheriff's disz~atcher to be notiFied and the regulations <br />be follo4ved, <br />k'ahey <br />to <br />Air.
