The low bid <br />was r•eceived from Plidwest Asphalt, and the City Engineer• r•ecommended <br />awardinq the low bid. <br />The Cit,y Clerk reported that there may be a possibility that the project <br />will not need to he bonded for if the sale of the Capital View site <br />proceeds.
