P1INUTES <br />City Council <br />April 26, 1989 <br />Br•irik The City has received application for• the division of the Br•ink proper~ty <br />Pr~oper~t.y into two lots. <br />Division <br />Collova stated that he was concer•ried that the division might landlock <br />Aqenda property and asked if there was a thoroughfare plan for the area. <br />Item No. 7 <br />Blesener was concerned about dr~ainage of the property due to its topoqraphy. <br />Fahey pointed out that when larqe par•cels of land ar•e being divided, the <br />City Code r•equires a concept plan for potential futur~e development of the <br />property. <br />The City Planner presented the Council with such a concept plan and explained <br />it in detail. As a r•esult of the concept plan, Mr•. Br•ink r~equested at the <br />Planning Commission meetinq that in addition to the west 100 feet beinq <br />divided, he would like the east 90 feet divided as well. <br />Council poirited out that the City has only r•eceived an application for• <br />division of the west 100 feet arid could not act on a division of the east <br />90 feet until an application was submitted. <br />The City Engineer recommended that drainaqe and utility easements be <br />taken ori all lot lines. <br />Mr~s. Scalze intr~oduced the followinq r~esolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 89-4-166 - APPROVINf, THE BRINK <br />PROPERTY DIVISION, DIVIDING THE WESTERLY 100 <br />FEET SU3JFCT TO THE APPLICANT GRANTING THE CITY <br />THE NECESSARY DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS ON <br />ALL LOT LINES AS RECOMMENDED BY THF CITY ENGINEER <br />AND SUI3JECT TO A SURVEY BEING SURMITTED SHOWING THE <br />LOCATION OF THE EXISTING HOUSE <br />The for~egoing r•esolution was duly seconded by Mr~. Fahe.y. <br />Ayes (51 Scalze, Fahey, Blesener•, LaValle, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declar•ed adopted. <br />Mondor• and Fahey r~epor•ted that Mr•.
