Fahey intr•oduced the followinq resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 89-4-155 - CLOSING THE PUftLIC HEARING ON THF SWANSON DEVFLOPMENT CONCEPT The for~eqoinq r•esolution was duly seconded by Mr~. Blesener•. Ayes (5) Fahey, Rlesener•, Collova, Scalze, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declar•ed adopted. ~1r~. LaValle introduced the followinq r~esolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 89-4-156 - APPROVING THE CONCEPT OF THE SWANSON DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL, OPTION #2, CO~ITINGENT UPON THE PROPOSAL BEING SUBMITTED TO THF PARK COMMISSION FOR THEIR RECOMMENDATION ON PARK DEDICATION, AND SUBJECT TO THE FURTHER STUDY BY THE CITY ENGINEER OF THF CITY PLANNER'S RECOMMENDATION FOR A STREET STUB TO THF HUOT PROPFRTY The foreqoinq resolution was duly seconded by Mr. [~lesener. Blesener intr•oduced the followinq resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 89-4-157 - INSTRUCTING THE CITY PLANNER AND CITY ENGI~IEER TO WORK WITH THE CONCEPT OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE SWANSON PROPERTY AND LOOK AT THE RECOMMFNDATION OF THE CITY PLAN~IER FOR A STRFET STUR TO THE HUOT PROPERTY TO DETERMINE IF THIS STUB IS NECESSARY FOR TRAFFIC FLOId AS WELL AS TO PREVENT THE LANDLOCKING OF THE HUOT PROPERTY The for•egoing r•esolution was duly seconded b.y Mr•.
