MINUTES <br />City Council <br />May 3, 1989 <br />Mr. Biesener introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 89-5-190 - SUPPORTING THE <br />RECOMMENDATION OF THE FORMER PUBLIC WORKS <br />SUPERINTENDENT TO IMPOSE A TWO-DAY SUSPENSION <br />ON DAN DRAKE FOR INEFFECIENCIES IN THE <br />PERFORMANCE OF AIS DUTIES DURING THE TIME <br />PERIOD OCTOBER, NOVEMBER, AND DECEMBER, 1988 <br />AND REQUESTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO ADVISE <br />MR. DRAKE OF THE CITY COUNCIL'S ACTIONS IN <br />WRITING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Collova, Scalze, Fahey, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Prior Act The City Attorney reported that he has not been able to obtain a <br />Coverage quote from the Tudor Insurance Company on Prior Act Coverage or <br />Or Extended Reporting Endorsement.
