Fahey thanked the gentlemen for attending the meeting, <br /> complimented them on their presentation, and indicated he <br /> felt the matter ha d been "thrashed out". <br />Recess The Council then t ook a five-minute break. <br />Assmt. Mr. Fahey brought up the nssessment Reapportionment Division <br />Reapportion- No, DD06063. P9r, Collova advised that this was a routine <br />ment assessment. <br />Agenda P4r. Collova introduced the following resolution and moved <br />Ttem No. II its adoptione <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-5-200 - APPk20VING FISSESSP9L~NT <br />REAPPORTIONMENT DTVTSTON NO. DD06063 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Collova, Fahey, LaValle, Scalze, <br />Nays (0)e <br />Resolution declared adopted, <br />Little Pr~rs. Scalze brought up the matter of assessing for widening <br />Canada Road Little Canada Road. The Council discussed the subject at <br />Widening length. Mr. Collova indicated that members of the Committee <br />of people living around that area are going to look at <br />Agenda improving that walkway, The grou~ is not going to rush into <br />Addition it without looking at financing, Perhaps they will look to <br />gaining support from users. P4r. Carley said the County <br />wants to put in shoulders, charging only for materials, <br />Mrs. Scalze suggested that Rick bring up the matter of <br />assessing lakeshore owners at the next meeting. <br />Richard ~7rsa Scalze reported she had been approached by John Palacio <br />Richards as to Richard Richards parking his garbage trucks on County <br />~9atter Road D. t•7r. Fahey indicated that the City should tag thern <br />per our Ordinance.
