P7inutes <br />City Council <br />June 2II, 19H9 <br />RESOLUTION NO 8~-266 - 11PPROVTNG THE i-7INUTES OF THE JUNE 140 <br />19f39 REGULIIR COUNCTL MEETING ~S AMENDED. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener <br />Ayes (4) <br />Nays (0) <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Announce- <br />ments Mr. Fahey announced that there would be a total sprinkling ban <br />in the City of Little Canada from July 31, 1~£39 until <br />approximately October 1, 1989 while the City water tower is <br />beinq repaired. The residents should not be installing sod or <br />planting seed during this time. <br />P~1r. Fahey announced that there will be a Facilities report at <br />9:00 tonight in regard to the acquisition of land for the ne~a <br />Fire Hall in the City, <br />Mr. Fahey announced that there will b~ an Economic Development <br />meeting Thursday morning at 7:30 a.m. at City flall. The public <br />is invited. <br />t~4r, E'ahey announced that there will be a workshop on July 1f3, <br />1989 with our Auditor, Bob Voto, regarding our 19$8 audit. <br />CUP <br />Stafki Mr. Fahey opened the Public Hearing concerning the Conditional <br />Use Permit applied for by Edward Stafki to grant outdoor sales <br />of produce at the Venetian Inn parking lot. <br />PRr. Stafki was not present. <br />Mr. Grittman stated that there have been a£ew complaints about <br />flower sellers, and outdoor sales are allowed only by a <br />conditional use permit. A letter was written to several of the <br />property owners, and 1~1r. Stafki received a copy of the letter <br />from the Venetian Inn. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced 'che gollosaing resolution anc~ moved its <br />adoption: <br />F2FSOLUTTON NO.
