Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoptions <br />RESOLUTIpN 89-6-268 - APPROVING THE CONDITTONAL USE PERMTT FOR <br />h9R. STAFKT SUBJECT TO CONIPLIANCE WITH RECOMf9~NDATIONS CONTAINFD <br />IN THE PLANNER'u REPORT OF JUNE 5~ 1989 AND TNSTRUCTING THE <br />CLERK'S OFFICE TO NOTTFY MR. STAFKI THAT PRSOR TO SALFS OF ANY <br />PRODUCG AT THB LOCIITTON HE HAS TO COMPLY U7ITfi THE <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND PULL THE APPROPRSATE PERMIT. <br />The foreqoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr, Blesener <br />Ayes (4) <br />Nays (0) <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Moser <br />CUP Mr. Fahey opened the Public Heari.ng regarding the Conditional <br />Use Permit requested by P~1r. Robert Moser, 3097 LaBore Rd. P~r, <br />P4oser wants to remove a 14'x22' building and an lII'x16' <br />building that are deteriorating and move his existing garage to <br />the back of the property and add an attached garage and porch <br />onto his house. The Planning Commission passed this request <br />5-0. The Planner also recommended approval providing there <br />would be no outside storage and there would be no commercial <br />use of the property, <br />t-1r. Blesener stated that he noticed P~Ir. Nloser had already <br />s~.arted his moving. <br />Mr> Moser appeared before the Council and stated that he would <br />comply with al1 the recommendations. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTTON 89„~F-269 - CLOSING THE PUBLIC H~ARING REQUESTED BY <br />MR. ROBERT MO5ER FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMTT FOR AN ACCESSORY <br />BUILDSNG, <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by PAr.
