TFtF COUNCIL WILL <br />REQUIRE AN EASEP~ENT ON THE PROPERTY DETERt9INED ~Y THE ENGINGER, <br />RECOPdP4ENDATTON5 F~OM TF3E PLANNER REGARDING PARKING AND <br />OPERATTNG HOURS ~ND REVIEW OF TFIE TSTLE BY THE CITY ATTORNEY. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by PZr, Blesener. <br />~yes (9) <br />Nays (0> <br />Resolution declared adopted, <br />Fleischhacker <br />Subdivision <br />Pdr, Fahey opened the Public Hearing regarding the Fleischhacker <br />Subdivision request at 3202 Rice Street. The Planner <br />recommended approval of this request subject to resolving a <br />number of issues, including the outside storage, the fill <br />question and the construction of a street. <br />The Planner informed the Council that ldr. rleischhacker was <br />proposing to combine a series of lots into two parcels. He <br />recommended that 3rd Street would have to be included because <br />the lot has to stand on an improved street. <br />Mr. Fleischhacker appeared before the Council with his request. <br />He wants to blacktop the driveway going to the back oP his <br />property, His renter is moving out and he is cleaning up, EIe <br />also requested having the alleys vacated. <br />Mr, Fahey stated that the City would require a bond to be <br />posted to assure o£ the cleanup. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLU_T~_ON N0. 89-6-273 - CLOSTNG THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE <br />PLEISCHHACKER SUBDIVISION. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by P1rs, Scalze, <br />Ayes (4) <br />Nays (0) <br />Resolution declared adopted, <br />P~~~e ~ <br />
