Minutes <br />City Council <br />June 28, 1989 <br />~r. Fleischhacker said he ~vould sell the buildings the way they <br />are because it would not be feasible to put in a roadm <br />Mr. Slesener introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-6-274 - DENYING TAE FLEISCHHACKER SUSDIVTSION <br />REQUEST BASED ON TFIE FACT TFIAT r9R. FLEISCHHACKER HAS DETERMTNED <br />IT WOULD NOT BB FEASIBL~ TO PUT IN TAE REQUIRED ROAD, <br />The following resolution was duly seconded by Mrsa Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) <br />Nays (0) <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mrs, Scalze questioned what was going to happen to the fil1. <br />Mr. Fleischhacker stated that it came from the Rice 5treet <br />widening and he is going to 1eve1 off what is left. He has permits from the County for two driveways for <br />the two lots onto County Itoad Ce The easement on Lakeshore <br />~vi11 be released after there is an access to County Road C. <br />Mrs, Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoptions <br />RESOLUTTON NO, 89-6-276 - APPROVING THE JEFF DEBACE LOT SPLIT <br />BASED UPON THE PLANNING COP9MISSION' S RECOMP4ENDATIONS AND TII~ <br />CONTINGENCIES OF THE PLANNER~S REPORT AND BASED UPON THE COONTY <br />GRANTING THE DRIVEWAY RIGHT-OP-WAY t~ND REQUIRING THAT TH~ OTFIER <br />EASEb1ENT BE DELE7'ED FROf9 TI3E LAKESHOk2F ADDRESS. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr, Blesener. <br />F1yes (~l) <br />Nays (0) <br />Resolution declared adopted, <br />f'age 6 <br />
