Minutes <br />City Council <br />June 2H, 19H9 <br />Dave <br />Frattalone <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoptione <br />RESOLUTTON~IO. 89^6-2II7 - SUBMTTTTNG THE TOTAL SCEIORN BILL TO <br />THE INSURANCE COMPANY~ AND IF THEY PnY TIIE WEIOLE BILL WE WILL <br />REIP+iBURSE TH~ HOP4EOWNER. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by r4rs. Scalze, <br />Ayes (9) <br />Nays (0) <br />Resolution declared adopted, <br />t9r. Frattalone appeared before the Council concerned with the <br />water drainage on his four acres of property coming from the <br />development of the ball fields on Centerville Road, <br />Mr. Carley was instructed to confer with Bill Sanders to check <br />out this matter and to report to the Council at the next <br />meeting, <br />Vitale <br />Venetian Boxing Match <br />t4r. Vitale appeared before the Council requesting approval of <br />another Venetian Inn boxing match to be held approximately on <br />August 9 or 10, 1989, <br />Mr. Pahey introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoptiono <br />RESOLUTION N0. 89-6-2II2 - APPROVING THE VENETTAN INN BOXING <br />MATCH ON THE SAME CONDITSONS AS THE LAST PEI2MIT. <br />- The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by P4ra Blesener <br />Ayes (~) <br />Nays (0) <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Struntz <br />Mr. Jerry Struntz appeared before the Council complaining about <br />the flashing lights at the Family Video Gallery. <br />Page J <br />
