MINUTES <br />Special Meeting <br />July 18, 1989 <br />Watering Mr, Fahey and Mr. Harris felt that the sprinkling ban would <br />Ban be sufficient to accommodate the new lawns. Harris indicated that the Public Works Department will <br />start draining the tower on Thursday, July 27; therefore, <br />the ban should begin on Friday, July 28. <br />cnr. Blesener requested that from a public safety standpoint, <br />if residents hear the fire sirens, they should stop <br />sprinkling for the balance of the watering period. <br />Mr. Blesener indicated that there will be a proposed fine <br />for offenders set up at the next Council meeting< <br />A9r. The ban caill also be published in the North <br />Suburban Press and will be put on the City's Cable Channel <br />16. <br />19II£3 Audit Mr. Voto presented to the Council several documents <br />Report comprising the 19£38 audit report. <br />The first report reviee~ed was the Annual Financial Report <br />dated December 31, 198H. <br />The next report reviewed was the Management Report and <br />Recommendations dated December 31, 1980.
