P9INOTES <br />Council Meeting <br />Ju1y 26, 19E19 <br />Well Bids Mrs, Scalze stated that two bids were received for the <br />Pioneer Park well. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoptions <br />12ESOLUTION NO. E39-7-354 - AUTEIORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />THE 6~ELL AT PIONEER PARK BY THE KEYS WELL DRILLTNG COP4PANY <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $12,525,00 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. <br />Ayes (~) <br />Nays (0) <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mrs. Scalze reported that the well should be done by August <br />15 and the irrigation system should go in at the same time. <br />The seeding would start on August 15. <br />Mrs. Scalze reported that the bid opening for the Spooner <br />Park play area wi11 be on August 17. The Park Commission <br />will make a recommendation to the City Council. <br />Mrs. Scalze stated that b1r. Harris attended the Park <br />Commission meeting and worked with them detailing some of <br />the maintenance that would be required in this area. <br />Pioneer Park <br />Building Mrs. Scalze displayed on the overhead projector the plans <br />designed for the building at Pioneer Park. This building <br />is being donated by the Little Canada Recreation <br />Association. It is a totally maintenance free building <br />with an upper level. <br />Mr. Collova introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 89-7-355 - APPROVING Tf3E PRELIf4INARY <br />SUILDING PLANS PRESENTED BY MRS.
