~xNUTEs <br />Council Meeting <br />July 26, 1989 <br />Park Building <br />(cont.) Mrs. Scalze asked Mr, Sweeney for advice concerning the <br />bids for the building. She questioned whether the <br />Recreation Department should donate the money to the City <br />or take their own bids. <br />Mr, Sweeney recommended that the money be donated to the <br />City. Mr. Fahey suggested that a plaque be put on the <br />building stating that it was built by funds donated by the <br />LCRA. <br />Solid Waste Mr. Collova introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoptiono <br />RESOLUTION N0, 89-7-356 - ADVERTISING IN THS PAPER FOR <br />MEMB~RS TO THE SOLID WASTE COMMITTEE. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey <br />Ayes (9) <br />Nays (0) <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Collova thanked Kathy Tipler for the super job she did <br />as Chairperson for the Solid N7aste Committee. <br />A notice advertising for this Committee should be put on <br />Cable T.V. <br />Voto P4r. Fahey stated that as a result of a~oorkshop with Mre <br />Voto he recommends a list of six items to be approved. <br />r9r. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption, <br />RESOLUTION N0. 89-7-357 - ADOPTING THE ITEMS AND MAKING THE <br />CHANGES CONTAINED IN THE REP012T SUBMITTED IIY MR.
