RESOLUTION N0. 89-7-338 - APPROVING THE I30FFMAN CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT SUBJECT TO THE CONDITIONS IN THE PLANNER'S REPORT DATED JULY 25 WITH NO RESIDENTSALCUSE OF THE fIOBBY SHOP IN THE FUTURE. OR COMMERCIAL Resolution declared adopted, The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. Ayes (4) Nays (0) Mr. Duray, Hoggsbreath, asked for a delay in his request for amendment to the on-sale liquor establishments' hours of operation until the next meeting. P4r. Bob DeBace, President of the Little Canada Fire Department Relief Association, which is the Pension Fund, reported to the City Council. There has been a progressive schedule for increases in the previous years. The proposal £or next year is to go to 51,600 per year of service. This would be financed by the Little Canada Fire Department Charitable Gambling to Eully fund this proposal. The future money going into the Relief Association would goentirely into the equipment and building fund. Mr, Slesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 89-7-339 - INCREASING THE FIREM~N'S PENSION FUND FROM 51,200 TO 51,600 PER YEAR OF SERVICE AS OF nUGUST 1, 1989 AND WITEi THE TRANSFER OF THE AMOUNT BEING DETERMINGD BY BOB VOTO FROM THE BUILDING AND EqUIPMENT FUND INTO THE PENSION FUND TO NIAKE IT 100 PERCENT FUNDED. The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. Ayes (3) Slesener, Scalze, Collova Abstaining (1) Fahey Resolution declared adopted. P9rs.
