~zNVTrs <br />City Council <br />August 9, 1989 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr, Fahey. <br />Ayes (~) Elesener, Fahey, Scalze, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted, <br />Council discussed ~he proposed ordinance establishing the <br />position of City Administra~or. It was the concensus of the <br />Council to withhold action on this ordinance, and indicated <br />that a copy of it should be sent to Sathe and Associates for <br />their information, <br />STATE ~In The City Engineer submitted information on a proposal <br />submitted by the State for a computer-system to be used in <br />conjunction with their State°Aid Program, <br />The Council suggested that this proposal be submitted to <br />Jean Podominick for her review to determine if it is <br />necessary, or if the City's existing equipment is adequate. <br />~LOOD The City Engineer reported that he has received <br />CONTROL correspondence regarding a F1ood Control Reduction <br />GRANT Grant Program. The Engineer stated that he would review <br />PROGRAM this Pro9ram in more detail and give the Council a report <br />a~ its next meeting. <br />SPRINKLING The Council reviewed the proposed sprinkling ban ordinance <br />~AN as submitted bp the City Attorneye <br />ORDINANCE <br />t9r, Fahey introduced the following ordinance and moved its <br />adoptions <br />ORDINANCE N0. 316 - AN ORDIN~NCE ADDING SECTION 1601.280 TO <br />THE b1UNICIPAL CODE OF THE CTTY OF LITTLE C~NAD~~ <br />ESTABLISHING LAWN SPRINKLFR RESTRICTIONS <br />The foregoing ordinanoe was duly seconded by Mrs> Scalze. <br />Ayes (~) Fahey, 5calze, Collova, Blesener, <br />Nays (0). <br />Ordinance declared adopted> <br />PEES FpR The Council reviewed the proposed ordinance relating to fees <br />WATER for water service and delinquent accounts. <br />SERVIC~ <br />Page 17 <br />
