Tkae <br />only change in the proposal a.s that sorne parlting snaces be <br />striped on the north side ot the building. <br />Blesener poi.nt~ed out that previously the area being proposed <br />as parking splces next to the builcling taere inclicated as <br />grass. <br />I'ahey asked if the addi.tiona7. parking u~as necessary to me~t <br />code requirements. <br />The City Planner replied that it is not necessary to meet <br />the Code, ho~~~ever, according L-o the cleveloper it is needecl. <br />Scalze asked the heigh~ of the proposed ret~i.ning walle <br />P.,oosalise replied that the retaining wall will be ~ to 5 <br />feet in height. <br />fahey pointed out that the area is commercial and the <br />proposal. is consistant with commercial use. Fahey felt thaL- <br />the Council would be faced taith the rec~uest for the <br />additional paricing sooner or later. <br />Collova stated that he has visited the shopping center <br />c]uring the day, and the ~arlcing lot is ful1.
