The Ca.ty Council ~vill nof have a full re~ort on drainage until the Septeniber 6th meetinge Panzer u~as concerned with the o~,mership of the buffer area of trees, stating that he has been unable to determine this, Scalze suggested that it rnay be more espensive to F~ipe drainage to Round Lake than it would be to direct drainage to County Road C. Blesener pointed out that elevations may ~revent drainage from being da.rected to County Road C. Panzer sta~ed tkiat he had no argument with the developmen~ as ~>roposed, his only concern is ~,~here drainage ~vi11 go. Pierce again expressed concern that drainage issues have not been resolved by toniyht's meeting, Sill Suchy ~ointed out that one oF the tenants for the pro~osed shopping center ~ddition is 1 liquor store, Suchy t~ias concernecl with a lie~uor store being locatecl near 1 clay care center and a church. Fahey pointed out that a liquor store is a permitted use under the zoning of the property.
