MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />September 13, 1989 <br />recreation building proposed in Pioneer Park in light <br />of the fact that the LCRA has donated $300,000 towards <br />the park and have committed an additional $200,000 for <br />the construction of the building. Scalze estimated the <br />architectural fees at $8,000. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-9-443 - CHANGING CITY POLICY SO THAT <br />RATHER THAN REQUEST THE LCRA TO PAY ARCHITECTURAL FEES <br />FOR THE PIONEER PARK RECREATION BUILDING~ THE CITY WILL <br />PAY THOSE FEES <br />The foreqoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. <br />LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Collova, Blesener, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />CITY Fahey reviewed the proposed interview schedule for the <br />ADMINISTRATOR position of City Administrator submitted by Sathe and <br />Associates. Fahey reported that he has a conflict, and <br />will work with Sathe and Associates on revising the <br />schedule. Fahey indicated that he will report back to <br />the Council with new dates, suggesting that the dates <br />of October 23rd and 24th as possible interview dates. <br />SCHOOL Council reviewed the report submitted by the City <br />DISTRICT Auditor regarding Roseville Area School District's <br />UNPAID unpaid special assessments. <br />SPECIAL <br />ASSESSMENTS Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 89-9-444 - ACCEPTING THE RECOMMENDATIONS <br />OF THE CITY AUDITOR WITH REGARD TO ROSEVILLE AREA <br />SCAOOL DISTRICT'S UNPAID SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS <br />The foregoing resolution waw <br />LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />duly seconded by Mr. <br />Scalze, Collova, Fahey. <br />Page 24 <br />
