MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />September 13, 1989 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. <br />Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Fahey, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />PIONEER PARK Sanders submitted a request dated September 12, 1989 <br />requestinq approval of a change order for Pioneer Park <br />relating to grading and seeding. Total amount of the <br />change order is $2,756.00. <br />Mrs. 5calze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-9-441 - APPROVING THE CHANGE ORDER <br />FOR GRADING AND SEEDING WORK FOR PIONEER PARK IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $2,756.00 AS OUTLINED BY BILL SANDERS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. <br />Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Collova, Blesener, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Sanders reported that there will be a change order <br />coming in soon in connection with hooking up the <br />irrigation system to the well in the Park. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-9-442 - AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE <br />OF $9,600.00 FOR INSTALLATION OF ELECTRICAL SERVICE IN <br />PIONEER PARK BY NSP WITH THE STIPULATION BY NSP THAT <br />PORTIONS OF TAIS EXPENDITURE WILL BE REBATABLE TO THE <br />CITY WITHIN THE NEXT FIVE YEARS AS ~LECTRI'CAL SERVICE IS <br />US'ED <br />The foregoinq resolution was duly seconded by Mr. <br />Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Fahey, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Scalze suggested that the City reconsider requesting <br />the LCRA to pay for architectural fees for the <br />Page 23 <br />
