20 <br />CONFIDENTIAL <br />© NEUGER 2025 <br />WORK EXPERIENCE <br />Westonka Public Schools <br />The Challenge <br />Westonka Public Schools came to Neuger needing <br />a consistent and distinctive brand, proudly <br />representing Westonka’s small school advantages <br />with big school opportunities. Between academics, <br />athletics and activities, the district had over ten <br />legacy logos in circulation and use. The high level of <br />pride and interest in the school district on behalf of <br />the community, alumni, students and staff required <br />that the process, execution and communications <br />around the rebrand be carefeul and intentional. <br />The Strategy <br />We began by conducting market research including <br />a communications audit, phone interviews and a <br />focus group to gather insights, perspectives and <br />input. Next we presented several brand platforms for <br />the committee’s consideration. When the platform <br />was decided, we presented multiple options for <br />a new district logo. We developed a new suite of <br />icons, logos and marks to support and reinforce the <br />refreshed Westonka brand across the district.
