MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />September 27, 1989 <br />The City has also received a request from Annette <br />Freeman, 336 Little Canada Road for the replacement of <br />her property stakes. <br />The City Council reviewed the situation with the City <br />Engineer who indicated that it is the City's <br />responsibility as part of the project for replacement <br />of property stakes. <br />The City Attorney agreed with this position. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-9-472 - INSTRUCTING THE CITY ENGINEER <br />TO REPLACE, AT CITY EXPENSE, THE PROPERTY STAKES FOR <br />THE FOLLOWING PROPERTIES: 331, 334, 335, 335 1/2, 336, <br />339~ AND 347 LITTLE CANADA ROAD <br />The foregoing resoltuion was duly seconded by Mr. <br />Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Blesener, Collova, Scalze, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />MGM LIQUOR Representatives of MGM appeared before the Council <br />LICENSE requesting the temporary transfer of their liquor <br />TRANSFER to 2950 Rice Street, and the permanent transfer of <br />their license to the new Rice At C Center addition to <br />be constructed by Sherman Boosalis. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 89-9-473 - APPROVING THE TEMPORARY <br />TRANSFER OF THE MGM LIQUOR LICENSE TO 2950 RICE STREET <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. <br />LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Blesener, Collova, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />PAGE 29 <br />
