MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />September 27, 1989 <br />by Mr. Boosalis to commercial. <br />Collova reported that the Building Inspector has <br />indicated that he is uncomfortable issuing a building <br />permit for the Boosalis project until the Watershed <br />issues its permit. <br />The Planner reported that there is no official approval <br />from the Watershed at this point, however, the <br />Watershed has indicated that one acre of property could <br />be graded without a permit. The commercial portion of <br />the project involves about 1 1/2 acres, and the <br />Building Inspector wants the developer to stay within <br />the one acre limitation. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-9-476 - ADOPTING ORDINANCE NO. 321 - <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA TO PROVIDE FOR A CHANGE IN ZONING <br />CLASSIFICATION SUBJECT TO THE PREVIOUS UNDERSTANDING <br />THAT NO OCCUPANCY PERMIT FOR THE BUILDING WILL BE <br />ISSUED UNTIL TAERE IS A SIGNED DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT IN <br />PLACE AS PURSUANT TO PREVIOUS DISCUSSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. <br />LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, LaValle, Scalze, Collova, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />BOOSALIS TIF The City Planner reported that the TIF Development <br />Agreement has been prepared by Briggs and Morgan and <br />Dan Wilson and the City Auditor have reviewed it and <br />are recommending that the Mayor and Deputy Clerk be <br />authorized to sign the Agreement on behalf of the City. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 89-9-477 - AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND <br />DEPUTY CLERK TO SIGN THE BOOSALIS TIF DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT ON BEAALF OF THE CITY SUBJECT TO APPROVAL OF <br />THE AGREEMENT BY TxE CITY AUDITOR, DAN WILSON, THE CITY <br />PLANNER AND CITY ATTORNEY <br />PAGE 31 <br />
