MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />September 27, 1989 <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-9-483 - AWARDING THE BID OF <br />BITUMINOUS CONSULTING AND CONTRACTING COMPANY, INC. IN <br />THE AMOUNT OF $16,795.00 FOR BITUMINOUS TRAIL <br />CONSTRUCTION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. <br />Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Fahey, LaValle, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />PARK CHARGE Scalze reported that the Park Commission has <br />BOOSALIS recommended a park charge of 5% of the value of the <br />PROPERTY commercial property in the Boosalis project, and $300 <br />per house as permits are requested on the residential <br />property. Estimated value of the commercial property <br />is $235,686, although Mr. Boosalis has not submitted a <br />copy of his purchase agreement as yet. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 89-9-484 - ACCEPTING THE RECOMMENDATION <br />OF THE PARK COMMISSION WITH REGARD TO THE BOOSALIS PARK <br />CHARGE AND REQUESTING THAT MR. BOOSALIS SUBMIT A COPY <br />OF HIS PURCAASE AGREEMENT FOR THE ENTIRE SITE TO THE <br />CITY SO THAT THE PARK CHARGE CAN BE CALCULATED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. <br />Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Fahey, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (oj. <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />CITY STAFF Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />TITLES moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-9-485 - APPROVING THE FOLLOWING CITY <br />STAFF TITLES: ANNETTE FREEMAN - DEPUTY CLERK~ JOE <br />5TEELE - SENIOR SEWER AND WATER MAINTENANCE WORKER/LEAD <br />MAN; DAN DRAKE - SEWER AND WATER MAINTENANCE WORKER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. <br />Blesener. <br />PA6E 35 <br />
