MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />September 27, 1989 <br />VOUCHERS Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-9-496 - APPROVING THE VOUCHERS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. <br />Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Fahey, Collova, Scalze, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />REZONING Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />KRIENKE moved its adoption: <br />PROPERTY <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-9-497 - CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON OCTOBER 25, 1989 REGARDING THE PROPOSED REZONING OF <br />THE KRIENKE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 89 WEST COUNTY ROAD C <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. <br />Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Fahey, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />FALSE ALARM The City Attorney reported that the false alarm <br />ORDINANCE ordinance acted upon by the Council this evening should <br />include commercial and industrial properties in <br />addition to multiple-family. The Attorney reported <br />that he will amend the ordinance accordingly before it <br />is submitted for publication. <br />CLOSED The City Attorney requested a closed session following <br />SESSION the meeting to discuss pending litiqation. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-9-498 - AUTAORIZING A CLOSED 5ESSION <br />FOLLOWING THIS MEETING AT THE REQUEST OF THE CITY <br />ATTORNEY TO DISCUSS PENDING LITIGATION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. <br />Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Collova, Fahey, LaValle, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />PAGE 42 <br />
