Interest earnings were favorable this year. Interest earnings came at $163,045 over budget. <br />Highlights: <br />Weather can play a significant role especially when considering permits for roofing <br />and siding. Number of building permits to date at 363 versus 508 in prior year and <br />502 in 2022. The increase in permits in the last few years is due to 2022/2023 fall <br />weather that caused a lot of damage to roofs and siding.
