Building Permit Valuation comparable with last year. The increase in permits and <br />valuation in 2022 and 2023 when compared with the prior year’s (2020-2021) <br />mainly attributable to the Twin Lake Blvd project that began in 2022. Permits were <br />pulled for the Pioneer Commons 1st and 2nd addition, and a few single-family homes <br />at the Gervais Woods 2nd addition in 2024. <br />The Old Fire Hall rentals and park shelter rentals are in the charges for services <br />category. The income generated from the facility rental to Ramsey County, <br />estimated at approximately 14K for 2024. <br />Miscellaneous Revenues at 73.64% to budget. This includes Sheriff's credit and <br />Falcon Heights Inspection reimbursements. Further only 55.50% has been collected <br />from the County for the Sheriff’s credit.
