There is a clear geographic divide, <br />with higher-earning households concentrated east of I-35E. The highest median income is <br />$147,000 in the block group near Lake Gervais, significantly above the citywide median. <br />Conversely, the block group near Rice Street and Little Canada Drive reports the lowest median <br />income of $43,000, a difference of more than $100,000. <br />
