The estimated <br />29% vacancy rate at the intersection of Rice Street and Little Canada Road warrants further <br />investigation into market conditions and housing quality. <br /> <br />Housing Age <br />Map 7 shows the year of construction for residential parcels in Little Canada. The city has a mix <br />of housing ages, with older homes concentrated in pockets around Lake Gervais and Edgerton <br />Street. The city’s newest developments are scattered throughout the community, primarily driven <br />by infill activity on available land. <br />
