MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />October 11, 1989 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. <br />Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Collova, Scalze, Fahey, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Blesener recommended that the minutes of the September <br />27, 1989 regular Council meeting be amended changing <br />the second to the last paragraph on page 7 to indicate <br />that the position of Ryan Drive could change by two <br />feet north or south, rather that by two feet in <br />elevation. Blesener also pointed out that Resolution <br />No. 89-9-471 on page 28 was made by Blesener and <br />seconded by Collova, and that Blesener and LaValle <br />voted in favor of that resolution, while Collova, <br />Fahey, and Scalze voted against. <br />Blesener reported that page 34, second paragraph of the <br />minutes should be amended noting that the items of <br />concern were raised by the Planning Commission, not the <br />City Council. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-10-502 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />SEPTEMBER 27, 1989 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS AMENDED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. <br />Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />PUBLIC Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider the <br />HEARING application submitt ed by Douglas Day for the <br />DAY subdivision of his lots 36 through 41, Block 10, <br />5UBDIVISION North Heights into two single-family lots. Fahey <br />& VARIANCE also noted that Mr. Day is requesting a vari ance for <br /> lot area since the resulting two lots would be less <br /> than 10,000 square feet in size. <br />Page 2 <br />
