MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />October 25, 1989 <br />Fahey suggested that if need be, the City correct the <br />situation and assess the cost against the property <br />owner. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-10-523 - AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />ENGINEER, BUILDING INSPECTOR, CITY PLANNER AND CITY <br />ENGINEER TO REVIEW THE ROUND LAKE TRAIL RETAINING WALL <br />MATTER AND MAKE A RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL IN <br />30 DAYS FOR CORRECTIVE ACTION NECESSARY AND FURTHER <br />AUTHORIZING CITY STAFF TO COMMENCE ANY CORRECTIVE <br />ACTIONS WHICH ARE NECESSARY PRIOR TO REPORTING TO THE <br />COUNCIL <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. <br />Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Scalze, Blesener, LaValle, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />NO PARKING Don Pantzar requested no parking signs be installed on <br />oN SYLVAN Sylvan Street in the area of the mailboxes. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-10-524 - AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS <br />SUPERINTENDENT TO REVIEW THE DON PANTZAR REQUEST FOR NO <br />PARKING SIGNS ON SYLVAN AND SUBMIT A RECOMMENDATION TO <br />THE CITY COUNCIL <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. <br />Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Fahey, Scalze, Collova. LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />ECONOMIC Fahey reported that a meeting of the Economic <br />DEVELOPMENT Development Committee was held this morning at which <br />COMMITTEE developer Loren Bruggemann submitted to the Committee a <br />development proposal for the Country Drive area. Fahey <br />explained this proposal in detail to the Council, <br />reporting that the developer is seeking concept <br />approval at this time, and will then proceed to go <br />through the necessary application process for a lot <br />Page 25 <br />
