MINUTE5 <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />October 25, 1989 <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-10-530 - APPROVING THE ASSESSMENT <br />REAPPORTIONMENT FOR DIVISION #DA062438 AS RECOMMENDED <br />BY THE CITY ENGINEER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. <br />LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Fahey, Scalze, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />DELINQUENT The City Attorney submitted a proposed ordinance <br />SEWER ACCTS establishing a$25.00 administrative charge for <br />certification of delinquent sewer charges on property <br />taxes. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following ordinance and moved <br />its adoption: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 324 - AMENDING SECTION 205.140 OF THE <br />MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, RELATING <br />TO AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR CERTIFICATION OF UNPAID <br />SEWER CHARGES <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. <br />Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Scalze, LaValle, Blesener, Collova. <br />Nays (O). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />MASMAN VS. The City Attorney reported that Fahey and LaValle have <br />LITTLE received copies of correspondence from his office <br />CANADA reqarding denial of the case of Masman versus the City <br />of Little Canada, and the case has been dismissed of <br />record. <br />CLOSED The City Attorney requested a closed session following <br />SESSION the meeting to discuss the acquisition of property for <br />a Fire Aall. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />Page 29 <br />
