MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />NOVEMBER 22, 1989 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. <br />Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Blesener, Scalze, LaValle, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />FAHEY LOT Mr. Fahey presented a proposal for the division of <br />SPLIT property located at 2926 LaBore Road into two lots. <br />Fahey reported that this property division was <br />previously presented to the City by a different <br />applicant. The Planning Commission recommended <br />approval, however, the City Council denied it because <br />the applicant had not submitted survey and <br />topographical information. Fahey reported that he has <br />now submitted this information as well as a site plan <br />as to how the property could be developed in the <br />future. <br />The City Planner reported that the proposal meets Code <br />including setback requirements. <br />LaValle asked if a park charge would be necessary. <br />Scalze pointed out that at the time a building permit <br />is taken out for Tract B, a park charge would be <br />levied. <br />Mr. Collova introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 89-11-575 - APPROVING THE FAHEY LOT <br />SPLIT AS SUBMITTED SUBJECT TO THE NECESSARY DRAINAGE <br />AND UTILITY EASEMENTS AS REQUIRED BY THE CITY ENGINEER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. <br />Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) Collova, Scalze, LaValle, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Abstains (1) Fahey. <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />SYLVAN STR. Blesener reviewed the recommendation of the Public <br />NO PARKING Works Superintendent for no parking on the east side of <br />Sylvan Street. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />Page 25 <br />
